General Terms and Conditions
By using the services of the website, www.airportjet.eu, www.montafonjet.eu, www.happy-holidays.at and its partner portals, the user accepts these terms and conditions of use.
1) The operator of the Happy Holidays website is the company ist the company Happy Holidays Touristik GmbH, Grenzweg 13, A-6800 Feldkirch - hereinafter referred to as Happy Holidays.
2) A contract of carriage is concluded by commissioning and confirmation from Happy Holidays. The order can be placed in writing, by telephone, fax, email or online. The scope of services and the price of carriage are based on the valid price list. A claim to transport only exists at the agreed time. When booking, please make sure that the information you provide about departure and arrival times matches the corresponding data on your flight ticket and on the transfer confirmation. We are not liable for the consequences of incorrect information provided by you.
3) Please inform us immediately of any changes to your departure/arrival times. Passengers are obliged to notify us in writing or by telephone of any rebooking that takes place after the order has been placed. Failure to notify us will invalidate the obligation to provide transport.
4) Happy Holidays accepts no liability whatsoever for unscheduled flights. In such cases, the party responsible for the damage shall be held liable. If you are more than 60 minutes late after your scheduled landing time, Happy Holidays is entitled to withdraw from the contract of carriage. Happy Holidays reserves the right to charge € 7,-- / half an hour after the waiting period has expired.
5) Reservations should be made at least 48 hours before departure. For bookings made at short notice, we will be happy to make any remaining free places available to you.
6) There is no obligation to accept orders for transport. The scope of services and the price of carriage are based on the valid price list. A claim to carriage exists only at the agreed time. The customer undertakes to notify the Happy Holidays head office in Meiningen in writing of any complaints about the service without delay, but no later than 1 week after the end of the journey made in connection with the service.
7) Happy Holidays is liable within the scope of the duty of care of a prudent businessman for the conscientious preparation of the agreed journeys and the proper provision of the contractually agreed travel service.
We are liable to the customer in the event of damage within the scope of the statutory provisions. Otherwise, we shall only be liable for gross negligence.
The customer shall be liable for simple negligence if this constitutes a material breach of contract. We ask our customers to notify us immediately in writing of any complaints about the service and complaints, but no later than 7 days after the end of the journey made in connection with the service.
8) We are not liable for the consequences of delays due to traffic congestion, traffic jams or force majeure. Liability for the consequences of delays due to slight negligence is excluded.
9) Cancellations/rebookings: Both contracting parties are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the statutory provisions.
Cancellation conditions for transfer journeys:
up to 10 days before departure: free of charge
from 9 to 4 days before departure: 50% of the total price
from 3 days before departure: 100% of the total price
Cancellations up to 10 days before departure are free of charge. From 9 days before departure EUR 7,-
